Google Analytics

Analytics is a service provided by Google that monitors the usage of our service in order to provide us with generalised reporting on user behaviour on our website(s). This enables us to better optimise our content and site structure for our users. This data may also be used by Google to refine its own ad targeting across the Google network.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using an Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and may find more information about Google’s privacy terms at

Facebook & Social Media Sharing

We use Facebook Inc’s “Pixel” tool to track the success of social media posts and subsequent engagement with our website. This information is analysed by Facebook and used by them and us to determine target groups for Facebook ads based on specific interests, or as “custom audiences.” Facebook is able to monitor activity on our site using a Cookie, which will be stored as part of your profile.

The data collected by Facebook as part of this service is anonymous to us – we are able to see audience metrics but not individual users. This allows us to monitor performance and “conversion tracking” without disclosing your personal information to us. This data also may be used by us for content customisation, marketing and re-marketing campaigns. Facebook may use this behaviour profile and other information for their own advertising or other purposes.

When sharing to Facebook or other social media platforms, the target platform will be aware of, and may record this activity for their own purposes.

Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement.
